Shy Kyun Woo helps a drunk young woman on a subway platform. What begins as a random encounter develops into a turbulent relationship. But as Kyun Woo tries to grasp the chaotic life of his new friend, he gets deeper and deeper into a chaotic web of comic and dramatic situations that turn his previously calm life completely upside down.

The Korean director and screenwriter majored in physics at Kyung Hee University. In 2001, he won the Best Adapted Screenplay Award at the 39th Korean Film Awards for the romantic comedy “My Sassy Girl.” In 2003, he was nominated for Best Director at the 24th Korean Blue Dragon Film Awards for his self-written and directed romance “If Love Has Heaven.” His notable works also include “My Tutor Friend” and “My Girlfriend Is a Robot.”
