Shy Kyun Woo helps a drunk young woman on a subway platform. What begins as a random encounter develops into a turbulent relationship. But as Kyun Woo tries to grasp the chaotic life of his new friend, he gets deeper and deeper into a chaotic web of comic and dramatic situations that turn his previously calm life completely upside down.
An old man with a limp, Khim-Hok, has depended on his wife over the years. They live in an old house on the urban fringe of Taipei. After his wife suddenly passes away, Khim-Hok covers it up and goes on living a seemingly peaceful life. But their long-estranged son and his new partner suddenly appear, so Khim-Hok has to face his wife's death when the end finally comes.
For 21-year-old Kana, thinking about the future is too boring, and she doesn’t even know what she wants in life. She lacks passion for anything, and even romance is merely just for killing time. Her boyfriend Honda, with whom she lives, tries to please Kana by paying the rent and cooking for her. However, as her relationship with the self-confident creator Hayashi deepens, Kana begins to feel burdened by Honda.

She is a 20-year-old girl with three faces. By her real name Lynn, she is a college student, unexpectedly pregnant. Under the pseudonym “Rainy”, she works as a part-time promoter to help her mother, who has to compensate her patient for a medical malpractice. To clear her debt, she offers to give birth under the identity of “Silvia”, giving out her baby in lieu of money compensation. As she is about to labour during the coronavirus pandemic, her boy-friend suddenly shows up, and the debtor hesitates to receive the newborn...
